Also, Stefania Spampinato joins the show as Andrew DeLuca’s (Giacomo Gianniotti) sister Carina, a new doctor at the hospital. EW also confirmed that Greg Germann will join the cast as a guest star.

Who is leaving the Grey’s Anatomy cast?

Jerrika Hinton, who played Stephanie Edwards, is out following the events of the season 13 finale. Tessa Ferrer as Dr. Leah Murphy was recurring last season but isn’t expected to return. Eliza Minnick was fired at the end of season 13, so Marika Domińczyk isn’t coming back.
