EastEnders reveals Bea Pollard’s Walford future after huge hospital twist

EastEnders aired worrying scenes for Bea Pollard in tonight’s episode as the troubled Walford resident officially found herself homeless following Honey Mitchell’s hospitalisation. Bea – played by Ronni Ancona – was thrown out in the cold by Billy Mitchell after her shocking identity theft scheme was finally exposed in earlier instalments.bea star ronni ancona has teased her eastenders storyline is set to become darker

Recent trips to Albert Square revealed that Bea had secretly used Honey Mitchell’s identity to rack up thousands of pounds worth of debt through a fraudulent credit card scheme, leaving Billy horrified by the scale of her deception. The soap’s new episode showed Bea desperately attempting to repair the damage after Honey was rushed to hospital following her dramatic fall.

With Honey needing surgery, Bea attempted to use the crisis for her own benefit and tried to regain Billy’s trust by offering to help care for Will and Janet while Honey recovered.

“You’ve got a store to run, Will has got his studying, and then Janet. The house isn’t going to run itself,” Bea argued, as she attempted to get back in Billy’s good books. But he made it clear there was no way back.

“That’s a nice thought,” he said. “Sadly, that’s not going to happen.” For Billy, Bea’s betrayal was a step too far. And though she tried to downplay the fraud by dismissing the missing money as insignificant compared to Honey’s condition, Billy refused to soften his stance.

“It’s not ‘missing’ money. It’s stolen. And it’s adding up interest,” he insisted.

Tensions escalated further when Bea reminded Billy he accused her of being involved in Honey’s fall – something he admitted had been said in the heat of the moment. “Whereas with you, it’s been day after day, week after week, underneath our roof. I’m sorry, but I can’t get that out of my head,” he added.

Billy ultimately ordered Bea to hand over her key to Will and to move out of No.18 immediately.

Still, Bea attempted one final manipulation. After meeting Will to hand back the key, she convinced him to let her clean the house one last time under the guise of helping the family while Honey remained in the hospital. But when Billy later returned home and discovered Bea was still inside the property, he firmly demanded she leave for good.

By the end of the episode, Bea had run out of options. With nowhere to turn, Bea was last seen sleeping rough behind the McKlunky’s counter while staring emotionally at a photograph of herself alongside Honey, Will and Janet.

Her bleak situation comes shortly after Ian Beale exposed her fraud scheme, triggering Bea’s increasingly dangerous behaviour. Feeling threatened by Billy’s relationship with Honey, Bea later tampered with his ladder in an apparent revenge plot.

However, she never expected Honey to use the ladder first, resulting in the devastating accident that has now left Honey seriously injured and out of action.

Although Bea successfully covered her tracks by claiming she’d been working at McKlunky’s during Honey’s tumble, the storyline is set to become even darker.

Speaking about Bea’s future, Ronni Ancona recently warned viewers that the character’s behaviour will get out of control.

“It’s going to get so much darker for Honey and Billy,” she teased. “I would say that Bea increasingly spirals, and she becomes more dangerous as a result.”

The actress also hinted that Billy’s distrust of Bea will fuel her resentment. “Billy can see right through her. That’s why she can’t stand Billy,” Ronni added.

But could her damage be fatal?
