EastEnders fans spot huge blunder with Queen Vic in ‘different time zone’ to the rest of the Square
EASTENDERS fans have spotted a huge blunder with The Queen Vic pub being in a “different time zone” to the rest of Albert Square.
During Tuesday’s episode, which saw Sharon Watts make her eagerly-anticipated return with her son Albie, BBC One viewers noticed a big mistake.

As Sharon got out of a cab, it was still very much daytime.
However, the very next scene cut to Elaine Peacock and Ian Beale inside The Vic, with the windows showing it was dark outside.
An eagle-eyed fan flocked to TikTok to share the clip as they wrote over it: “Anyone else notice that the Vic is on a different time zone?”
They captioned it: “The Vic is 6 hours ahead,” with a tears of laughter emoji.

Other fans took to the comment section and one said: “I’ve noticed this a few times over the last few weeks.
“Different scenes are at different times in the day but supposed to be happening at the same time.”
Another social media user slammed: “Hate it when they do that, so pointless.”
Somebody else commented: “The trees too, one minute they are all green, seconds later all bare.”

Yet another remarked: “Continuity doesn’t exist on EastEnders.”

Sharon made her long-awaited comeback after being off-screen since October.
The character returned for her sister Vicki Fowler’s wedding to Ross Marshall.
Previously discussing the possibility of Sharon’s return, actress Alice Haig, who has portrayed Vicki since 2025, hinted: “Wouldn’t that be lovely. I think Vicki is going to need all the family she can get.
“Kathy really steps up, she’s there before it starts. You see her on the morning of the wedding, sorting out the marquee, organising the flowers, she’s got her clipboard as well.
“You’ve also got Mark. There’s a tight knit family group – even Ian’s around helping!
“Everyone has kind of rallied around to make this wedding happen.”
Meanwhile, it comes just one day after another EastEnders legend shocked fans when they also made a comeback to the soap.
Two years after she was last seen in Albert Square, Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) made a surprise return.
