EastEnders’ Chelsea makes devastating confession in emotional hospital scenes
EastEnders has seen Chelsea Fox make an emotional confession to Ian Beale in the aftermath of the accident that left her son Jordan unresponsive. In recent scenes, Ian accidentally hit Jordan with his car, with the boy being rushed to hospital.
In tonight’s episode, Chelsea remained by her son’s side at the hospital. Her mum Denise was with her, though she’d been keeping her recent blood cancer diagnosis from her daughter following the accident.
Jordan luckily woke up, but he said his legs felt “funny”, which worried Chelsea. She then got furious later on when she spotted Ian in the hospital corridors.
“I feel terrible,” Ian began and explained he wanted to bring Jordan a teddy bear and some chocolates.

“They said you were over the limit!” Chelsea yelled after him, with Ian assuring her that he’d only had one pint and didn’t even realise he’d hit a person.
Chelsea broke down in tears when Ian said that Jordan must’ve run out “so fast”, feeling responsible for the accident.
“I did this to him,” she told Ian, who tried to comfort her.
Chelsea interrupted him: “Jordan ran out in the road that night because of me. I shouted at him. I terrified him so much that he ran away.”
“My little boy is in hospital and it’s all because of me,” she added.
Viewers already know that he and mum Kathy had been consulting solicitor Johnny — much to Yolande Trueman’s horror.
