The Good Doctor and The Rookie rocked by another abrupt schedule change – and fans complain ‘we’re tired of the repeats’

FANS of The Good Doctor and The Rookie have been forced to wait for new episodes as ABC makes another schedule change.
Due to the delays caused by the SAG and WGA strikes, The Rookie and The Good Doctor were forced to air reruns this week.

Actually, ABC has been showing reruns of the shows since the beginning of April.
This is the third week that fans have had to suffer through a night of previously seen television.
Delays from the strikes meant the new seasons couldn’t be filmed until November 2023, which is much later than normal.
This resulted in a shorter episode count for the season as well as this long hiatus.
